Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the people who run Nano Banana Video at nano-banana-video.net ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

Nano Banana Video creates short videos with AI. You upload an image or describe a scene, choose settings such as length and aspect ratio, and AI models make the clip: Nano Banana (Google) for images and Gemini Omni Flash or Veo 3.1 Fast (Google) for video, reached through our AI gateway, AI Hub. A machine makes every result, so it may not match what you pictured: faces can drift, motion can look unnatural and details can come out wrong. Watch a video through before you use it.

No free generations

Creating a video requires an account and credits. There is no free trial and no free allowance, for visitors or for signed-in users.

Credits are not on sale yet, so video generation is not open to the public. You can look around the tool and set up a video; the Generate step asks you to sign in and, without credits, offers to email you when generation opens. We will update these terms before credits go on sale.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for anything done through your account. One account per person. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.

What you upload

• Only upload images of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
• No images of anyone under 18.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are.

Your image stays yours. You let us store it, process it and send it to our AI providers only to make the videos you request, until it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The videos you create

We claim no ownership of the videos you create. How you may use them also depends on the terms of the AI models and providers behind the tool, and we make no promise about commercial use, so check those terms before relying on a video commercially. Keep in mind that purely AI-made works can't be copyrighted in some countries, and that someone else may get a similar result from a similar request.

Don't use the videos to impersonate anyone, to make fake documents or evidence, or to deceive or harass people.

What you must not do

• Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
• Get around credit charges or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example videos belong to us. Please don't copy them without permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without warning.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be up, free of errors, or that a video will suit your purpose.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is higher. Nothing here takes away rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
